What operators ask before joining

How is this different from the big lead resellers?

Exclusivity. Lead resellers sell the same shipper to four, five, six movers, so you race to the phone and pay for a shootout. Every lead we send goes to exactly one member: if it's yours, nobody else got it. Our system enforces one delivery per lead.

What does a lead cost?

It depends on the move type's ticket size, a local studio job is not priced like a cross-country household move. Your exact rate card is shared when you apply and confirmed at onboarding, in writing, no gotcha pricing on the phone.

What am I paying the monthly fee for?

The membership funds your verified directory profile (with your USDOT and MC numbers published and a dofollow link to your website), the vetting program, and access to the lead stream on your corridors and move types. Leads are billed separately per lead, you only pay for what we actually send you.

What counts as a qualified lead here?

Our quiz captures origin, destination, home size, move date, and extras before contact details, and shows the shipper a real cost range for their corridor. By the time a lead reaches you, they know the route, the size, and roughly what it should cost. Wrong numbers and out-of-footprint routes are disputable for credit.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel anytime, and you keep every lead you paid for. Annual billing is available at a discount if you want it, never required.

Do I have to pass vetting to pay you?

Yes, and it's the point. Active USDOT registration and FMCSA operating authority, insurance filings, and a complaint-history screen. Shippers trust the network because nobody can buy their way in.

Can I just buy advertising?

Not on day one. Featured slots stay locked until the listing is claimed, authority is verified, you set corridors of interest, and we review lead-volume potential on those lanes. A person approves every ad.

We are already in the directory. What now?

Claim and verify the listing, then register to buy exclusive leads on the corridors you actually run. That same application can request advertising review.

Is claiming the same as being Verified?

No. Claim is free and only marks the public record as yours. The Verified stamp stays off until membership is paid and we confirm USDOT / FMCSA authority, insurance, and a complaint-history screen.

Is the Verified stamp a government certification?

No. It is our paid membership mark. We confirm the authority and insurance we require. You should still expect a shipper to verify the USDOT number at FMCSA's SAFER database.
